190aspd is bull if you only Ds or use normal attacks.
UNLESS you are jam-packed with infinite pots and hate WoE

I'd reccomend doing this...
Agi: 99 + agi foods + agi up
Luk: equal to 60(20% auto-blitz)
Int: enough for 1000+ auto-blitz and for decent m-attack
Dex: around 130s, depends on if you want more damage from auto-casts
Vit: For at least 9k hp

Your equips are going to be HARD and expensive to get

Flapping Angel wings(more aspd)
Binocs
ANY lower
+10 Double (Doppleganger) LoD Stormy Knight Comp Bow
Windghost glove
Any auto-cast skill accessory card + slotted glove
The rest of your armor(s) are your choice, since your aspd should be 188+
