does expert rings affect the delay of arrow vulcan?
or does aspd affect the delay?

and if i put status cards, will the chance occur in every hit in arrow vulcan?

Expert ring does reduce. Due to long animation (like sonic blow) aspd does a little effect.
Try to spam vulcan arrow by using linked braggi + berserk guitar
I am not sure about status.

delay is fixed as 3 seconds in lvl 10 AV, unaffected by bragi (unless the admin got smart, too smart), reduced only by equipments that reduces cooldown/aftercast delay

and ASPD only helps in S/HRs that has 99++ max lvl, Clowns that I asked said it helps with spamming AV.

so if you want to spam AV in a 99/70 server, I'd recommend Sprint Set rather than Expert Rings.


status does not occur in every hit in arrow vulcan unless it's a custom change.

1. Expert Rings help, ASPD reduces animation delay (easier to cast AV again, in a 255 server)

Whatta f*ck are you talking about? Bragi does reduce delay, but not  working on 100% because you hit animation delay length. High AGI clows/gypsies (and those builds DO work on 99/70) can make most out of bragi.

Bragi helps, AGI helps the only reason you can't properly double AV is because of the animation-delay, which can be removed since it's only client sided.

Sprite edit and > -50% aftercast should be enough to stack.

in other words, a link + bragi on self + sprite edit allows easy stacking.


without sprite edit, the window you have to stack is too small and would require inhuman timing.

And I gotta point out, sprite editing is illegal on most servers, and if you stack AVs, it is likely you will be punished for that.

Yeah.. It was around ~175 Aspd where you'd be able to """stack"""" AV with around -50% aftercast delay.
so you might want to look into that, I guess.
