Title: [Non-Renewal] Help me pls with Sniper build and equips

Im playing on high rate lv 99/70 max stats 99 ragnarok server.
MVP cards, battleground, godly items are disabled.
Im going to play sniper but i dont know what build is better, is it better aspd one or double strafe ?
can anyone give me the information of the equips and stats for the builds?
and which one is better??
NB: if can, dont mention mvp drop equipment, its hard mvping alone and many rivals on mvping  /wah /sob

PVE or WoE? FEs or SEs? Guildplay or solo play?
