It has been four months since there was an update to the charsim. I've camped out at the suggestions board waiting for someone to create a glorious topic containing the words "character simulator". The topic finally arrived two and half months ago requesting that I add various customs to the character simulator. I quickly got to work after the school semester ended and now bring you the new and improved version
0.3! Yes folks, I've increased the version revision by a whole
DECIMAL POINT! I know that you guys all have different tastes in customs, but I only have access to the ones that are public domain (to prevent any conflicts). So, I apologize to those who aren't interested in these customs. The other changes that I would like to note is that are now
EIGHT backgrounds for you to choose from. I don't understand the background craze but I heard some people liked to dress up their characters in different environments (some sort of fetish maybe? ::)). Two other minor additions I would like to note are the signature and avatar generators. These things are cheaply built and may explode when used. Please use under your own discretion.

It's really really really awesome as it is! But, I'd like to make a few suggestions to make it even greater:
~ Choice of color for the text.
~ Choice of where to place the character (not to overlap text).
~ More cool customs, nice selection so far ^_^

Will there be an official content update too? Like...the 12.1 headgears are not included yet and like...***** Cat Bell isn't in it either.
I noticed when I tried out the new version that for some reason the headgears won't show up. it also won't allow you to rotate the character or make them sit, etc. :/
Edit: Also can Yellow Ribbon be added to the simulator as well? +.+

I'm able to make the character sit, rotate and make the headgears show up. You're right however that yellow ribbon is missing.
I haven't updated any headgears as there hasn't been any significant amount of additions.

A good work on the sig generator.
I'd suggest breaking down the custom items more into lower, middle, top, mixed and wings, that way a person can really make their sig unique.

as you can see, the head doesn't show up. the head is shown as black from hair dye number 1 up to 12.
i tried clearing my cookies. i also tried it in my other browser, IE7. but nothing happened. can you please fix this? thanks! /thx

this looks like it only happen in 4 of the hair styles. The last one on the 4th row and the first 3 on the last row. I'll let riot know about it, if he haven't.
I'll fix these when there's something new to add.

in my case, it happens in almost all of the original gravity hairstyles. :-\
and few on the custom hairstyles window.

go to 9 or above, for some hair gravity didn't have multi color so the first 1~10 are all the same. i believe that is the case.

Our files are based on kRO and gotten directly from the sdata. The palettes may differ from server to server.

The Simulator wasn't updated for month... And I think, that won't change in the next months. Maybe Riot is updating again, when all 3-2 Job-Sprites are out x_x

I just wanted to report that when you go to the Third tab, Stalker is there and when you click it, it shows Shura.
As for when you click Shadow Chaser, it shows Wanderer.
When you go to the Trans tab, Stalker is missing and when you click Creator, Stalker shows up.
Okay fixed, just pretend you didnt see that ::)

Nothing works for me. I see a novice in the center, two heads and nothing else loads.. except the pictures at the bottom of middle headgear. It hasnt loaded for a month or so now.. maybe more.

What web browser are you using?

Works for me on Opera.

Do you get the unable to load xxx error?
That has something to do with cookies, Riotblade was providing a semi-solution to that in another post which i can't locate it at the moment. Just try clear cookies from the char sim url (or rms in general but remember your saved passwords if any ..) and then try again.
I cleared everything. Its the images on the left and right that won't load. They don't show up, the only images that load are the two hear sprites, and the headgears.
Well, by default the browser should set the appropriate encode.
You need to change View->Encoding->Korean-ISO-2022KR
If all your browsers are doing this, then I'm guessing there's you're lacking support for it on your windows installation.
