if you got a lvl 99 priest if you go trans do you have to go high priest or can you choose any from high nov??

you have to go High Priest.

AFAIK you can choose a different class, but in that case it will be just a normal version, not a trans.

Here's a simple path;

Novice -> Acolyte -> Priest -> (Level 99) -> High Novice -> High Acolyte -> High Priest
