  Does Kiel sufficient enough even when you dont acquire the "NO CAST"?

  but to get the maximum effect of that i need it to be +9 or +10

  HOW can you acquire this?
  
  our server has Brasilis town
  
  but you can't get out of this Town
  
  how can you go to Manuk Field?

  2 Orleans Glove with 2 Zerom

  1Orleans with Zerom

Manuk field is in Manuk, not Brasilis.

Either warp to Manuk town or Mid Camp from your server's warper or look up the quest to get there.

For the rest... trust me, it's easier to figure things out on your own with a calculator. Questions like the accessory one, IMO, are really dependent on your stats, equips and preferences. Playing around with a calc with your preferences and the various possibilities in mind should help you. (Same with the Kiel question: exactly what is "sufficient" for you?)

at the manuk field thing.

i figured that out.

it was a quest.

and finally i got a +9 Lunakaligo

and a +9 Hilthrion

and what would be better for asura / all around weapon

Lunakaligo or the Hilthrion?

and as for the

i replaced it with a diabolus ring.

cause after some laps in the PVP

i didn't feel it changed that much.

as for the kiel

i remembered reading something

that kiels are not working if only 1 card

so i asked if kiels are sufficient
