What stats and equipments do you guys suggest?

For stats I'm guessing max DEX, 80 ish INT, rest VIT?

Of course this is for a bolter prof. Since I do not really know of any other effective PVP builds for profs, other than the ASPD-centric Auto Spell build.

Support prof can be good too, you focus on VIT/DEX, some points in str to carry stuff, 10 ish, and rest in INT. Skill layout is all support esque, so fiber web, land protect, delu/volc, magic breaker, stone curse/frost diver etc. the only downside is that you need to be playing with a teammate, and you won't be the one killing ;d.

Hmm but what if I want to be the one killing?  8)

Lol, I guess making a hybrid of sorts would be good. Self supporting with 2 bolt elements focus?

Yeah, I've seen hybrid support/bolt profs, they work well if you have a party that kind of lacks magic since you'll be bringing same-ish support (maybe a few ranks less in land prot, no mind breaker, and some other skills less points) but with plenty of bolt damage.

If you are going hybrid/support, be sure to pickup enough +dex gear for a viable cast, featherberet/apple on tag maybe. Main evil druid, unfrozen/ghostring/whatever you can tag on tag.

Also, it's kind of 'hard' to be self supporting, considering most of your skills that support are beneficial to the team, and not only yourself. Sure, prof disables like a boss and deals good damage, but why break a frozen enemy with a bolt when you have a champion on your team that's ready to asura?

If you wanna play prof properly, make it full support. If you wanna play noob prof - make bolter. Bolter can only kill people in 3 cases:
a) pvp arena with no dmg reduction
b) woe low lvl/undergeared
c) if your enemy suck

Yeah there are better classes for DD in PvP if you're alone. Don't make it bolt, I don't really play prof but even I know that, use dispell and stone curse and stuff to help your team.

A Bolter Professor on a Low Rate/Mid Rate server is a pretty bad idea unless your Admin took the High Wizard class out of your server, seriously.  You'd be better off maximizing your survivability with Demi-Human resist/higher HP through VIT.  Pure Bolter Professors on these rates are too squishy and lack the more destructive magical power of a High Wizard.  You may be able to catch someone off guard every once in a while, but if people are ready for you, (are wearing a Cranial, lol) you're practically dead meat because you lack diversity of elements the majority of the time.  Hence, elemental armor switchers will trump you every time.

An offensive Professor only tends to become effective on High Rate/Super High Rate servers, where they can maximize the use of all of their offensive/support skills to their own benefit.
