What's your best build for Assassin MVP type

Hi Guys!

I'm planning on getting an Assassin MVP type on a 225/120 server. What would be the best stats, equipment & cards for this?
I haven't thought of a specific server to play on - as you guys might depend some of the equipment on the server's custom items - but I'd like a "general" kind of a suggestion on this haha
