Triple attack, Double attack

As a stalker copied triple attack can i use snake head and does triple attack and double attack work simultaneously?

it will proc 1 of the two, either double attack or RTB (triple attack) one at a  time
RTB is a skill
double attack is a passive attack modifier
it cant proc both at the same time
