so to get 100% perfect dodge, you need ~1000 luk. Unless you can throw away 1000 points, you're better off going for pdodge from equips.

Note that on a super high-rate server where pdodge is easily obtainable, people won't even bother melee attacking because you should obviously have 100% perfect dodge. It's all about the skillz at that point.

its bcoz they hav higher luk rather dan u. evn though u hav a high luck it really misses on other char. havng higher luk. or they hav a high PD to resist ur attck. its just ur build that meyk ur self miss.
