A build for one of my severs. my main (bow rogue) is far from rebirth but im planing ahead from level 99 base 70 job. the extra 20 levels may go to vit or dex if possable.

here it is.

(If it was in here it would look crappy)

Any ideas for improvments?

Build verson 2 (More vit, less dex, Not alot of agl and some int)

Normal stats

str: 1
agl: 25
vit: 90
int: 50
dex: 90
luk: 1

theif skills

Double attack: 10
Improve Dodge: 10
Steal: 10
Hide: 10
Envenom: 8
Detoxify: 1

Stalker skills

gank: 4
mug: 4
Backstab: 5 (causes 500%)
stalk: 5
Sightless Mind: 5
Divest skills: max (thats sheild, helm, armor and weapon)
Snatch: 5
Intimidate: 10
Stealth: 5
Full Divestment: 5
Preserve: 1

Hows that so far?

On what type of server do you play (rates)?

You don't need Double Strafe. Preserve it from PvP. Saves you skill points.

35/50/30 is the rates of my sever and im keeping Double Strafe. Preserve isnt realy my thing.

Question. is the image quallity fine or should i make it better quality?

its a bad build to be honest. dex should always finish up being a multiple of 10. 117 dex wont give much more dmg than 110, and u must remember that points over 90 are very expensive to get, so unless u can get 3 more dex from equip (apple of archer? zerom card etc) u will be better off with 92+18, then you can spend more points on vit. also flee builds arent particularly good for pvp: crits, magic, dex, phreeoni card users will kill u in seconds. also doppel card? im assuming this build is meant to be for pvp. in which case u want to be aiming to make triple bloody boned composite or other such pvp bows. remember double strafe does about 4x damage of aspd dmg, and stalkers have terrible aspd with bows. if u are going for a strafe rogue personally i think a dex and vit build is far better, then maybe some points in int so u can out SP your opponent, or str to carry lots of pots if they are allowed in pvp. just a few thoughts on my opinions :D equip wise if you are going for a aspd stalker then u may want to look at trying to get a morrigans set. the extra crits and perfect dodge are good :) of course there are manymany ways of playing a stalker, they are very versatile. hopefully you will have a reset npc on this server so u can try out lots of builds to find the one that suits you.

If you got a dopple weapon you should have at least wait and get 3 more cards to make a DDTT (2x Doppel, 2x Turtle General) Comp Bow +10.

Well im not a stalker yet so im able to make changes.

bow or dagger?

Focus on bows and aspd. Use daggers only to strip people.

i'm confused of whether u wanna make build pvp or pvm?

first of all, dookleeto is correct.  Maxing both agi and dex is an extremely dumb choice.  If you want to DS in pvp, i suggest get 120 dex and agi can be left at 1, or 30 if you really love agi.  Spend more stat on vit and some int as well, ur sp will run out quick.

def + hp > flee in pvp

However, if you wanna be like a sniper and do sharp shooting (aspd) is not all that desirable, unless you have some nice plagerized skill.  It is good for stripping though.

Triple bloody boned +10 comp bow is nice for dmg wise, but with stalker, u will want to use ur number 1 skill, and that is strip.  I strongly suggest besides a triple bloody boned comp bow, make another+10 bow with 4 marina cards in it.  Frost divers will help you strip nicely.  Or you can plagerize storm gust =.=, although ur cast will be crappy even with 120 dex.  (or you can just copy lvl 1 sg  :P)

personally, my stalker changes stat all the time depending on the skills that i plagerize, but generally i have

rest 1, well maybe some points in int

and last thing, i stress one more time, depending on what skill you plagerize, you decide bow or dagger -__- (i feel like a nanny now)

so agl is not important?

If you have an access to wherever you play to a stat reseter than agi vs monsters and vit vs players. If not than mainly vit.

Preserve isnt realy my thing.

It will be if you want to be varied. Skills like bowling bash, jupitel thunder, storm gust, etc. will be better on a Stalker than the original classes themselves sometimes.

It depends on what you want to do. If you feel that you need higher ASPD to get what you want done, do so. But balance it out with an amount of HP you feel is needed. You can still have high agi(or int)/dex, and moderate vit. Or depending on what you want to go.

Hrm.. what does that have to do with anything? You can still strip, move, and then hit.

Making verson 2 of the stalker build.

Question: am i able to use backstab when im using stealth?

yep :)

you can also backstab with bows, but it has a hefty damage penalty :P

I know that i can backstab with bows and its penalty. ive been doing it since i started the bow rouge build.

But backstab is backstab. but i might make a dagger for moments like backstabing or running out of ammo.

edit: its hard to make a stalker build.

Also... Along with what they all said...
Make use of that INT and those Intimidate/Preserve skills.
Lower your VIT a little bit and put in some INT
and get some STR(to carry things). Then have an INT based
skill copied, such as Jupiter Thunder, Frozen Spear,
and Crimson Petals. INT-based stalkers are superior to Wizards/Ninjas in this
way because of thier Divest All and Hiding/Chase Walk skills.
So if an enemy is using a Golden Theif Bug or a Maya card,
you can divest them and continue attacking them.
On top of the fact that they cant defend against your attacks,
there's a very good chance that they cant fight back and
if they have used the Full Protection skill, you can always
switch to your bow and start Double Strafing them.
You can also dodge powerful skills like Asura Strike, Killing Strike, and SBR44
by using the Hiding skill to negate their attack and cause a
considerably large penalty for the enemy(like completely removing their
HP, SP, and lowering an Alchemist's Filir's Intimacy Points)
or you can prevent them from attacking you at all by using Chase Walk.
If you're not willing to do any of this, then dont get any INT at all and
invest your points into your STR so you can carry more arrows/equips or something.

put ur weapons on battle mode and switch between.  But you kinda need the stats to back up your build.

good luck, it is difficult, i admit that.  Sometimes you get lucky and pawn people right away.  But stalker build generally all have a distinct weakness, smart people can look through it quite fast.

Most likely. Almost everyone I see on this forum plays on a private server.
