By SB I infer you're talking about Soul Breaker. (Normally people call it SBK, so not to confuse it with Sonic Blow )

Zipper Bear Cards add the most damage to SBK *Not including MvPs*

Zipper doesn't add much sbk dmg...you can if you really want that extra edge...but from my experience its better to use phreeonis and an incan card so that you can reduce your stats in dex and add them somewhere else. Incan can be replaced with thanatos depending on your servers card availability. =)

I would rather use baby garm cards, doubled with a garm card in amour this makes life really annoying for everyone else in pvp
