So, please help me with my dual weap GX, 250 max stats.

Which is better for pvp?
1. +10 elemental sword or +8 red naght twin blade (assuming I'm against neutral property)
2. +10 dessert wind or +10 mes
3. +9 valk mant or +8 naght manteau
4.  Lord kaho horns or giant bapho horn

Also, I'd like to ask for advice on how I could increase my hit.
