Playing regular rate Swordie

So I'm playing on the free server for the legit stuff, and it's the regular 1x so obviously I'm takin a long time to level.

So, I've got a swordie, concentrating on Def (wanna be a Sader)
Any suggestions for leveling?
I'm currently lvl 55 Job 41

Mobbing Wolves using Magnum Break is quite effective as they drop both HP and SP stuff and are quite good exp too.
