what is the build stat and weapon and cards for sacri type Paladin? 255 level, job 120... help please... using spear +20dex +10 vit +10% HP [+9-+10] adds 20% dmg to demihuman

If you are talking about Sacrifice as (Martyr's Reckoning), you don't need Dex for it will be a sure hit. Rather put agi for attack speed instead. As for the cards (Triple Bloody Boned) - 3 Hydra, 1 Skel Worker- and Full VIT.

Spear quicken in only for 2h spears right? That wouldnt really help in PvP i guess unless you want to risk having no shield.

Main Gauche gives more ASPD but you dont get the range of the spear. Not sure about the numbers, been a while since I used it, but I think in the end it depends on how much your enemy runs away

why people use spears is for the extra natural range they give you, plus bg spears and all that gucci stuff 1 handed spears most of the times are better for the setup

The only hard counter  to sacrifise would be 100 PD that would force you to use a skill to hit someone and you want said skill to do damage. So you use % damage cards for it.

that is just 1 out of many reasons

Don't forget to cast magnum break before using sacrificing anyone to enhance your damage.
