Well, my server is 200/50, everything is renewal. Which spear should I use for my RG /wah I'm using an Imperial Guard atm and don't have access to BG stuffs.
Which spear would be best for Vanishing Point, Over Brand and Ray of Genesis?

It's quite different if the server is running on rA or some other emulator, as rA still does not handle ATK by full Renewal mechanics, and as a result, the weapon choice might be different...
Edit: and details about build? It can be important...I do assume that you're looking for 1H spears only.
My server is a Vietnamese server. As far as i know, it follows renewal's mechanics on anything.
I still can't decide between a Ray Of Genesis build or just follow Over Brand /wah and I'm looking for 1H Spears only.
If you want to try Inspiration based build, keep in mind that Inspiration got low duration, high SP drain, and long cooldown so most of the time you won't be able to have it on. I haven't tried yet how far can you push Genesis Ray damage, but you'll have to do compromises in build.
Oh and since it's full Renewal, Battle Hook is safe choice of weapon for Overbrand, and for Genesis...hmm...probably Imperial Spear with Imperial Guard as shield. Although...since it doesn't need a specific weapon type, Elemental Sword might be better.

Now I'm wondering which accessory to use? I'm using 2 Bradium Rings atm. Should I switch to something else? (Waterdrop Brooch, Sprint Ring,...)
Bradium rings with Gold Scaraba cards. If you got Diablo Armor, replace one with Diablo Ring.
Royal Guards are full versatile but you need good equips like brocca and stone shield, when starting up in higher levels, start investing for top tier gears, like Imperial Spear,Hunting Spear,Glorious Spear,Cross Shield Etc.
Brocca/KVM Glorious Spear/Lance/Vellum Spear/Glaive/Imperial Spear/Guard Set/Combat Knife if youre mostly on Sacrifice
