What is Longetivity?

What is Refferals?

What is Activity?

I know about the karma, but I don't know about the other three

Fortunately I know about the three but not about Karma.

Longevity is how long you've been here.
Referrals is not installed, but when you register there's an option of who told you/invited you to the forum; if you score any, it shows in the Referrals. Probably.
Activity is posts per day.

Interesting, but I wonder how activity is decided, I consider myself active yet my bar has only a small chunk of green.

Activity is determined using your current post count and how long you've been registered. It's not really a fair reading.
