VPS Server Report

can i report any VPS sellers that are scams? where? cause i've been (i think) scammed. They say they will set up the server in 72 hours. and now its been 8 days since we ordered the VPS and we submitted lots of support ticket and they answered like after 2 days. this is the Host eternity host i have proofs if you want..i just dont want other server looking players to stumble upon this s*** host..

Where do you see this vps being advertised in this forum?

That host and its owner has been denied from advertising in this forum due to previous disputes.  I recommend you file a dispute to PayPal immediately if you paid with PayPal.

I am surprised you manage to find their existence and paid for their service.  According to our forum records, the last time when they were overwhelmed by unhappy customers they chose to shut down and quote their Terms of Services for their "no refund" policy.  There was a shadow company setup by the owner a month or so ago: http://www.ratemyserver.net/forum/paid-services/lisahost-ragnarok-server-hosting-and-web-hosting/0/

I have nothing to say since we tried to stop them here.

Let me just tell you that we do not endorse in this type of behavior since our new management staff has changed about a few months ago. Let me know your client name in our site database and I will be more than glad to give you a full refund as soon as possible (either PM me or reply to this topic).

We have just brought a server from you... we are still waiting (4 days) for the VPS server... we really would be glad to have an answer, this post over here in warning me a lot, so open our JakkRO server Order Code: 8904452254 or unless answer to my email.

I'm reading about all the complains... 2 are to way to gey out of this situation.. 1 our server arrive within 3 day or 2) you give me a complete refound 3) I shall start with a legal action

I don't expect Brian Mar to come to this forum and read your post because all his attempt to reopen a topic and get business here is blocked by us.  The decision is made to protect our members.  I have no idea how you manage to find his business and pay him for a vps.  I actually think he went out of business because he isn't treating the customer/company seriously even after countless complains.  You should try to contact him by other means or simply file for a dispute from your payment platform if you are not getting the service/product you paid for.

Regardless of all the warnings and complains here, why would you still order from him is a mystery.

Unfortunatly I have seen the topic just after buying it...    he treated us.. I file the dispute to paypal... and he replied telling that we didn't respond to all his emails and that he sent us the server data... (totally untrue) accusing us to try to steal web hosting service... that damn thief...

P.S.: I found his service typing in google: Windows ragnarok VPS... his site would trap everyone.. it is well made
