I tried changing my email, now I'm locked out and had to make another account.

As title says. I logged in and tried to change my email address, since I don't have the old one anymore, and it immediately logged me out telling me to verify the new email. Okay. I've been waiting on the email for a couple hours now, and nothing. Is it sending the verification email to the old email address that doesn't exist anymore?
