I need a little help .... I'm new here

Somthing caught my eye in the homepage of ratemyserver..that was the RO tools...

Can someone please explain what those tools do? Please explain in a manner that your explaining it to someone who does not know much about programming and stuff....

What are the RO Midis?
How do I make a character sprite into an avatar or sig?

The tools, it depends which one you are talking about.  Some of the are used to convert the sprite files into images, some are to extract files from the .grf compressed RO client.  There is a short description for each one of the tools.  If you are not sure what they do, it's likely that you don't need to use them anyway.

Midis are like hmm ringtone files, used to be, now even my cellphone has mp3 ringtone not much ppl interested in midi anyway.  They are nice nonetheless, just like a piece of music from the game in a different mix.

To turn sprite into avatar, if you have the character .spr then you can use actOR (from the tool list) to extract the .spr into .bmp and then it will be an image that you can use to make sig etc.
