Log in your account and click edit under the server information section.

If your listing is older than 3 weeks or so it can't be changed. Otherwise if your server rate is between 26-150 it will be categorized as mid-rate.

I checked out his server and its one of the new servers recently. (Its placed in the 21st though..) And in the server's wikipedia it says that is 300/300/2000 http://legendaryro.net/wiki/index.php?title=Servers (http://legendaryro.net/wiki/index.php?title=Servers) which is still under the
high rates area. If you want a mid rate make it to 26-150x since that is the standard mid rate rule here in RMS.
