Finding a RO server's manual patch address?

Anyone/ yC, knows how to find any RO server's patch address to manually download patches?

I haven't make a server since the stone ages, but reading this setup for example https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/wiki/Thor-Patcher you can see the patcher url is compiled into the patcher.exe when the patcher is made.  So my guess is either you peek into your network traffic with special tools while the data is patching or you can just ask the server staff how to get their patch files manually.
