Character Simulator

I've been having problems with the simulator recently.  I've looked at the thread regarding the RMS Simulator but my problem isn't the same as theirs. To begin with, whenever I try to enter the simulator it says "Error Loading Page" I've tried accessing it through Chrome, Firefox and IE. I also cleared the cache and cookies but nothing seems to have solved the problem.

All the suggestion should have been mentioned on previous topics.  It always have to do with the cookies but you already done that.  Can't suggest much of anything useful.

Are you using Avast! Anti-Virus?

If so, for some reason Avast is blocking the character simulator because it's picking it up as some type of virus. The simulator is perfectly fine though, so you can freely add the character simulator's URL to Avast's web shield exceptions.
