Cannot Register To Server.

Hello All.

I get this error message saying "Sorry, your host seems to be blocking this process." When i try to register.

Any one else get this? or any one know a solution?, please reply.

No, im using a standard web browser not going through a proxy, And i have tried using a proxy to register, still no luck .

i can tell you it's not country.  could be some isp that has a feature with their ip that match the description of a proxy.
