Well i'm having some trouble trying to enter the page ratemyserver.net/ ... i can onli enter the page by using a proxy page (http://proxy.org)
So i will like to know how to fix it ... i don't think i'm Ip banned because this is my first post ... so i haven't breaked any rules.
I'm from Chile ... That may be the cause?
