Can a server hold event like..post about the server in RMS and the best entry wins something like that....

If you mean RMS review, of course you CANNOT do that.  That's providing incentive for review even if only one person wins.

I think that would be an unjust event... since the reviews that may be critical of the server (with constructive criticism, etc) may be blown off by the staff team. This is just looking from what has happened in general so far (some Admins appreciate such reviews, but even then, the majority still prefer reviews with high ratings that praise the server. Explained in proper English/whatever the server's main language is of course XD).
