It all started when I accidentally restore my windows firewall settings to default and I started to experience random problems regarding browsing the net.

It's chrome ... Nothing have changed since forever on the web server settings.  I mean DD told me about it previously and then I googled about it, it happens to other sites as well with other chrome users reporting the same issue.
