email problems

When I try to make an email, it says this email already exists, but when I go to forgot password, it says email or username does not exist. I have not been to lumina before so I don't know whats wrong, or even registered before.

yC, he is asking for help to register on LuminaRO. Sounds like he's having problems registering on their forums.

Try to e-mail them (from the website, lurosupport [at] gmail.com) with the e-mail you're trying to register with, and they should reply with the details (who's registered with that e-mail, how they can help etc)
