This has been troubling me for quite some time...and I'm also curious to know what's up with the "unknown action" thing.

It's a "feature" in the forum software.  http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=308222.0 says it could be web spider doing their job.  I assume web spider browse many pages in a few sec so it's hard to catch what it is doing ...

unknown action is just, i assume it's action that is not defined by the who is online thing.  Not sure on this.

I see O.o that phrase scares me a little, lol. Glad to know this isn't something evil or whatnot.
