I'm interested in a server with options that make grinding feel more worth it, like quests or activities that reward you for your efforts in some form to help you continue to the next area.

Rates:  from 5/5/3 to 8/8/6

Max level:  between 99-150 base (depending on features that may affect leveling) unsure on job and stats

Population:  minimum 250, but I'd love a nicely populated server with 500 or more if possible

Server location:  USA or Canada ideally

Main language:  English

Customs:  Alternative leveling systems most of all, healer and job changer preferred

Hey MinaMiniver, have you heard of heRO? We're a 5/5/3 Pre-renewal server currently celebrating our 10th anniversary!

I'm interested in a server with options that make grinding feel more worth it, like quests or activities that reward you for your efforts in some form to help you continue to the next area.

We have several quests and dungeons that may only be accessed at a certain level, such as the custom Nyddhoggur Dungeon, that may only be accessed by a party of 4 or more players of Lv. 89 or higher. We also have the hatter NPC that takes 5 weak/low-end cards (poring, obeaune, zombie, fabre, etc) and plays a game with players for a random chance at a headgear. Our Light vs Dark allegiance system gives perks to players that have high allegiance points. For example, certain gear gives extra buffs, or players may access the (custom) fourth level of Geffen Dungeon that contains several MVPs. We also have a jobchanger that rewards players if they do the job quest instead.

heRO is normally a 5/5/3 server, except during special occasions such as christmas or the server anniversary, where rates increase slightly.

Max level in heRO is 99/50 for nontrans, and 99/70 for trans classes and ninja/gunslinger.

Our population is a bit smaller, but our playerbase is active and always up for parties.
