we prefer pre-renewal 99/70 with or without warper/healer..new server with card drop rate 0.05 - 0.30% same as normal items like gloves[1] 0.05-0.30%..no mvp mini boss cards if possible..with good starting freebies..max 1 week old..more than 30 people..better if dual and auto trade is disable..exp/job rate 15x15x - 150x150x..with autoloot...

TotalRo fits those requirements. It's really new, like a week now. 10x10x5 I think. Averages Iv seen from 80-130 people. Has a healer, warper, auto loot.

Don't quote me but I think there is boss cards enabled, but I doubt anyone has any.

And as for freebies, there is a gcool rental item or two until you get your feet on the ground. Don't know about guild packages or anything.
