The real game doesn't have much of a storyline, it's more sandbox like.

Its a bit harder to follow with a half donkey quest log and no map markers but navi sorta helps...
but ya no real main quest line like most mmo

If you want storyline you can go renewal server starting ep16+ to ep 18. Honestly the story for terra gloria (stolen crown) and sage's legacy (cool sage) is kind of cool. Illusion is confusing. Not sure about ep 18 since I stopped playing it.
