Honestly, as long as the rates are high and the BG+WoE is good, I'm all for checking it out. Anywho...
The rather important requirements:
Rates: x50/50/50 The faster I can get to 99/70 and geared up, the better. MVP cards disabled or at x.01 drop rate.
Population: Minimum of 50 active players for BG, the more the better. At least 3 WoE guilds.
WoE time: Just about anywhere between 12PM-11PM CST.
No custom items; could careless about donations as long as they're official gears.
English as the main language.
Bonus points:
The older the server, the better.
Nice custom BG (Terra Gaming BG?)
Easy one click installers.
Doubt I'll find one that will meet all of these requirements, but just hoping for one that's real close.
