Renewal server with all quests present

Basically I want content close to the official server but with QoL (such as autoloot) and streamlined progression that is not reliant on cash shop or VIP system. Not fond of custom content personally. Preferably mid to high rates so I don't have to go through too much grinding hassle. I'll mostly be playing solo trying to do every quest in the game. I've been looking around but Shining Moon apparently has missing quests and Nova doesn't seem to fit what I'm looking for.
