• Maximum guild limit is no more than 24 but 1 alliance is enabled.
• No more level grinding but gearing up is still there.
• Healer, warper
• Donation friendly (we are a busy group but we can help with the server funding)

Your description perfectly fits Bahamut Ragnarok Online. Its a highly customized SHR server with all customized equipments and cards called "Materias", Enhancing system is revised, there is no leveling required. Tweaked Transcendent Classes with some 3rd job skills for balancing purposes. Grinding and Questing isnt hard and easily doable. Administrator is always active in listening to player feedback, fixing or tweaking in game functions. I am not a GM just a regular player. EssenceRO sounds perfect for you!  We're a casual midrate where leveling is pretty easy but item farming is still applicable!
You can gear up your classes by participating in Battlegrounds, and purchase "Bags of Exp" as well for additional characters.
If you're joining with a group of 8 or more players, we've just announced our Guild Pack!

Our guild cap is currently set to 28, alliances are not enabled.  We have Draft WoE on Sundays which is essentially the Dodgeball Equivalent to War of Emperium.  Everyone that participates gets a prize, and it's super fun!  Typically there's about 80 people on average that participate in Draft WoE.
