Specifications I look for:

• Rates around 10k
• Max base level 255-300, job doesn't matter
• Stat cap of 200 or so would be good
• Card drop rate of 20% or higher for normal cards, between 5-10% for MVPs
  
• Average population averaging up to 100 online players, preferably around 50
• I'm looking for an English server, ideally with American staff and players (trying to find a server that's not overrun with pinoys)
• 3rd jobs don't really matter much, but they are preferred so long as skills are balanced
• Relatively low customization outside headgears (no custom towns or monsters), and preferably no references to Naruto or Pokemon
• Commands must include at LEAST @go, @storage, and @alootid, though @warp is most preferable, if not a Warper NPC with field warps will suffice
• And it must have a Mall, with NO Card Sellers or Stat/Skill Point Sellers.
