Hi,

you could try our server out, a low rate server with no battle manuals, ESB.
check us out at sarahserver.com

A friend is currently working on creating a new server with 1/1/1 rates(0.02% cards). No customs. No commands. No multi-client. Episodic starting at episode 5, and ending before renewal. The goal is to host it in central USA for good pings coast to coast.
No launch date yet, but if you can wait, it'll be worth it!

Hi if you want you can check out execute ragnarok online. Low rate server 10/10 with no modifications no healer and no OP items.

My GOD, that sounds like a dream come true.
That's a very ideal sounding server to me. I'm tired of all this custom crap, renewal, and multi-clienting.
Could you please elaborate any more on this upcoming server? Like what it will be called, or roughly when it's planned to be released?
Thanks!
DOWN WITH MULTI-CLIENTING!

My suggestion would be to go for an established server like OriginsRO.. so that your hard work is not wasted if/when the server fails.. and so you know you can trust the GMs know what they are doing.

If you consider 7 months as new, you can try SolaceRO.

2k+ players daily, no dual logging, active parties, competitive guilds, no bots, and healthy economy. All the good things you wish iRO had are here.

More pros, than cons. I guess the only con here is that majority of the players are from Asia, so you'd see diverse languages (Tagalog, Malay, Indonesian, Korean). But there are many English-speaking players, too, especially those who are from Australia and Singapore.

You better stick with established servers. The new servers popping out like mushrooms will most likely die in a few weeks or 2 months.
