Looking for low rate renewal server!

So I'd like to give renewal a shot, are there any decent renewal servers out yet? I know they're still getting over all the renewal hate, so I'm not terribly picky.  Preferably low rate, no specific rates beyond that. I've tried cookieRO, and while it's okay I was wondering if there were any more well populated low rates? I'm not optimistic but I figured I'd make sure.

EDIT: Oh, and to flesh it out a bit more, english as a main language, british or american is fine either way, specific rates I mentioned, I don't care one way or the other about gear obtaining but I'd prefer "easy ways" to obtain gear such as item malls. For example I don't mind TalonRO's taloncoins since they're kind've hard to actually get a hold of, but "vote and get points to spend on gear" I'd prefer to avoid, although I realize I can't be that picky right now. Server location somewhere in north america preferably, stats and max levels same as official, 150 for third job, 120 for max stats. Max aspd same as official, 190. Customs I don't mind.

EDIT2: I just noticed NymphRO might be what I'm looking for, can anyone vouch for that?

Why not iRO? You can get cash points easily with surveys, so it's not too hard to get a little starting zeny.

Oh wait, you can get cash points through surveys? That.... litterally solves my one issue with iRO(well besides the amount of chat rooms/shops making it far more of a pain then it should be to get around, but nessecery evil I think), the whole reset stone for 3rd job thing, I didn't like basically focusing entirely on getting the money for that thing for the first huge amount of time with any character. Thank you for that!

NymphRO seems like a decent server that is only lacking players to me, as they're on the same settings as officials with a few convenience commands (Who the hell would want to play on a server without @autotrade, anyways?).
I'd say, give it a shot as there is no harm in doing so.
At least I know I would be playing it if I was looking for a Renewal server right now.
