Looking for Server

Hi! ive been about and tried diffirent servers but most of the time they are located far away from me (sweden) so i always have to deal with lag.
the only preference i really have outside of that is that the drop rate is atleast 50+ but prefer 75+
ideal rates would be somewhere around 20x20x75
thanks for help i would make an server myself but i fail every time we( my friends) try
we simply dont have the knowledge for it if someone could do that for us that would also be of intresst
