I'd say give ElariaRO a chance. The cash shop is NOT at all overpowered. And anything you can buy from cash, you can buy through vote points. About a month since I've been playing there.

As far as your dual clienting needs, you get newbie items that help you level till level 60. So hunt leaf cats and make your sages etc easily.

I did try lifeRO for a bit, but I really want to do things mostly on my own so...
(yes, your server is by far the closest one to what i'm looking for.

There are a lot of parties roaming in-game. You don't have to play solo ^^
