low/midrate high level server?

well, there's something in my mind... like a lowrate/highlevel server.
that would be a nice low/midrate (preffered lowrate) with almost stupid high maxlevel, like 300+

i'm kinda bored of the standard-lowrates with 99/70 max, and also bored of the <99-999>/70+ highrate / SHR servers.

i played with the idea of making one by myself, but sadly i don't have enough time to set one up, host it, admin it and care about the other million things an admin gotta do (nope, im not just some damn noob without knowledge of eAthena, i scripted enough quests and NPCs to have an idea of that =P)

anyone some suggestion? or is there none out there? ^^

What are you trying to ask then? You said you don't want a 99/70 yet you don't want a high level cap either? You have not listed anything useful to make it easy for anyone to help you.....
