There was an awesome RO private server that I played maybe 10 years ago.. It's called HyoRo.. They have lots of amazing and awesome wings and headgear there.. That has animation.. The best one was Hyorinmaru Wings and Custom weapon quests. Is there a server like that around today? RO private server with lots of quest?

If rates are not important to you, I would recommend DreamerRO.
