Seeking a high rate server (3rd class) with LOTS of hat quests

I've been playing Ragnarok private servers for years, but I can't seem to find a server with lots of quests nowadays. I really enjoy grinding and creating super cute hats, custom or not.

Any suggestions?

I recommend you try DreamerRO as it has over a thousand different custom headgear sprites. Some are quests, some craftable, some are more rare but overall its a great place to grind for good head gears.

I suggest taking a look at ShiningMoonRo. ( https://www.shining-moon.com/ ) for a up-to-date renewal experience.
Also for your preference, their Nifheim has a lot of Alternate equipment that can be crafted. Alternate equipment are those from jRO.

Further more they have lots amazing custom contents including some QOL changes.

Have you tried our server before? https://playwicked.online/?module=main it's a grinding server, obtainable donate/cash shop items costumes headgears and quest are available. a lot of choices.
