Im looking for a server with such presets :-
Server : Renewal (as close to Iro as possible, with latest content)
Location : Southeast Asia region (Malaysia or Singapore)
Rate : 100-300x/100x-300x/1-10x (Mid-high rate but low drop rate)
Preferably MVP cards drop remains unchanged or doesn't drop at all, or op cards edited to be balanced

No battleground weapons/ items
Preferably less to none custom items in the server
I do not mind if there is donations available as long as it's balanced.
Would be nice if the server just opened.
That's a really specific criteria, the closest I can give you is NovaRO (http://novaragnarok.com)
- Renewal, with content surpassing iRO (Playable Doram race)
- Located in Canada, but in my experience playing from Southeast Asia, the connection is perfectly stable
- 25x/25x/10x
- MVP cards drop at 0.02%
- Battleground Weapons and Equipments are available (I don't think I know of any server that have those removed)
- Very few custom items, most of them are costumes
- Cash shop is balanced
- About 1 year-ish, but there's been a lot of new players coming in. The community is generally friendly, and the market isn't filled with overpriced items.
