Looking for Renewal Low-Mid Rate with LESS custom features.

(30x/30x/20x) Maximum. Higher than that no thanks.  I prefer Drop Rate 10x until 20x. Oh also 1x/1x/1x too hard. So no thanks.
When I say Renewal server, I mean it. I DON'T WANT PRE-RENEWAL SYSTEM IN RENEWAL SYSTEM ****!
Can have boost for EXP rate or DROP rate or both on weekend. (Optional)
Must have basic custom commands such as @autoloot, @go, @showexp, @autoloottype, @whereis, @mi ...
Complete episode content at least at episode 17.2 (Automatic set).
NO fishing/mining.
Cash points can be acquired f2p. I don't care how you do that but still don't use fishing/mining to get it.
I DON'T WANT CUSTOM MAIN MAP. PRONTERA/PAYON/IZLUDE IS GOOD ENOUGH. You can modify those official towns a bit but not much.
I DON'T WANT 4K HD NPC RESOLUTION. ****!

Custom warper to any place is optional. However, I don't like the idea of having access to Guild Dungeon MVP. So I prefer if the warper does not have warps to guild dungeons, or the highest level of guild dungeons that have MVP in that floor level. I prefer it if players can access to guild dungeons normally, through WoE.

Most important of all: I prefer episodic f2p equipment. Usually, I hate OP 3rd job cash shop equipment such as Fafnir set (there are more). But if the server has very low rate, I would not mind having OP cash shop equipment.

Last but not least, I like official vibe. Example: If your server has the above cash shop equipment and also costumes, I prefer it they can be acquired though Gatcha Eggs. Means that cash shop equipment cannot be acquired by other mean except you need to depend on your luck by opening Gatcha Eggs to get some exclusive cash shop items and equipment. This is the usual official way of getting those things. Other than that, it is usually through special events.
