If you're interested in a similar server to ReStart, Revo-Classic I'd suggest you try our server, Ragnarok: Project Zero.
While it's not a revo-classic server its based on kRO:Zero which latest kRO iteration of Ragnarok its renewal with only 2nd/trans classes (although we only have 2nd classes for now), with a lot of re-balances to make 2nd classes viable and a lot of new and exclusive content for Zero, memorial dungeons and random options system.
