Looking for low rate to mid rate server

Looking for a decently well populated server (AT LEAST 100+ active) that is less than 1 month old.
Range from 10/10/5 ~ 50/50/25

- Prefer only trans [99/70]
- MvP and mini boss cards set at 0.01% drop rate or completely disabled
- English as 1st language
-WoE times suitable to GMT -8
- No wings
- LIMITED CUSTOMIZATION in terms of items, really hate overpowered customs with a passion
- No OP donation items, or no donation items at all
-I don't care if battlegrounds exists or not tbh, as long as the server is pre-renewel or older.
-LONG TERM SERVER. I plan on sticking around for awhile if the server is good.

I've tried CaseRO, though the server is flourishing with many players, the economy is revolved way too much around Case Tokens, which is a custom system. Really not feeling it.

As for Glaukos RO, the specs you have described seem quite amazing, my question is, thought you have donation items, will they be quest obtainable in game? If so, I would more than likely join your server since it fits pretty much all my criteria. Thanks
