what's server having at least 1k players playing it?please don't introduce those servers > pays to win . i'm just looking for those servers with no pays to win(no super equipment/no godly items).last,must be balanced > every jobs useful in WOE/PVP even equipped full set with mvp cards still can kill it too.

you can try TalonRO - 1.5k - 2k player ..balance class , just LOW RATE server.

Not sure if they have balanced Pvp/Woe characters, you must see that in server.

Even with mvp cards, the woe meta makes sinx, whitesmith, lk, champ inferior and thus useless in general on most trans servers.

Servers like EstlandRO have higher delays on skills so class balance is a bit skewed, hwiz are s*** and tarot is really strong.
