Currently looking for some up to Mid Rate Pre-renewal server to kill time after my retirement of PSO2.

At a glance, my preferred server as follows:

1. Rate 1/1/1 to 100/100/[any]
2. Server Type: Pre-Renewal
3. Server Language: English preferred.
4. Server Location: Any
5. Server Population: Any but there is life within it.
6. Dual-client: Any. IF disabled, player must be made easier to look for parties.
7. Server Age: Any.

Details:
1. Custom NPCs: Job changer is a must. I don't have much time to do the hassle quests
2. Custom EXP quests: As an alternative to daily grinds. Quest are not bound to levels. So, I can take level 1 quest even tho I'm lvl 98.
3. Instance is nice. Would love to see one.

Vivid-Ro is a pre-renewal, mid-low rate server (40x/40x30x) opening on the 15th!

Server's peculiarities:

- Novice pack, distributed upon novice ground entrance
- Custom repeatable quests, they are quests based on the classic "sharp leaf quest", they are meant to increase hunting and leveling challenge and facilitate the process of leveling up. There are different quests, according to the player's level and monster difficulty.
- Monster invasions, specifically designed for Vivid-Ro. It is a type of event, providing good exp and access to drops.
- Dungeon extensions, these dungeons mainly have renewal monsters BUT completely re-designed and balanced to meet the requirements of a pre renewal mid rate server
- Instance Dungeons, alongside the idea of maintaining the old RO mechanics, we introduced new instance dungeons, such as Niflheim and Clock tower, to gain some extra challenge. Parties for these dungeons will be organised every 2 weeks~

What's more  /?
- New hats have been added (hell not those ugly exaggerate wings), VividRo also offers a vast palette of headgear re-coloring (exclusive of the server), in the future we will introduce personalized hat sprites
- Balanced coin system, based on 2 type of coins, silver and gold
- Some donation items are available in game, via battlegrounds, quests, even coins
- Our GMs are friendly, active (they cover all time zones), GM events are frequently planned.
- Some GM hosted events are already active on forums, for a chance to win some coins prior the opening

To answer your requirements:

- English is indeed the main language, currently we also offer support in French and Italian
- Located in Usa
- VividRo grew a nice community, the forum is very active and lively, so you are more than welcome to stop by and say hi  /heh
- Dual client is allowed, except in Battleground and in events. As I mentioned above, the server has several features to guarantee some party action

Our rates are 5/5/3, with seasonal events and Monsters of the Moment modifying them temporarily. Quest exp rate is 5x, homunculus intimacy rate is 2x.

Yes, there is life! Our numbers are not huge, but there are all sorts of positively crazy folks around, from hair-munching perma-novices through potato-head aliens to bloodthirsty angels and other fun, unique personalities. #main channel is activated by default which makes the server lively even when leveling solo. Heroes love to party.

Dual clienting is strictly forbidden (and disabled), you can find parties and leveling partners on #main easily.

We have implemented a free job changer NPC quite recently, however, there is a couple of benefits, should you choose to proceed with the job quests.

A number of custom quests are available on our server, however, only a few of them are repeatable monthly. Some have a minimum level requirement. Furthermore, our healer npc is always looking for items, what she needs changes each day of the month and she provides exp in exchange.

We have some, for example Nyd is instanced, however Endless Tower is not. We do have the possibility to add more instance if needed in the future.
