Looking For HR server

Me and my small group of frnds looking for a new server which goes like this...

Server Lvl - 99/70 (with no 3rd job)
Server Exp- 1k/1k/Unique ( i said unique in the sense that nrmal cards should be like 20% - 30 % but as far as boss and mini concern 1% will be appreciated)
Commands- @warp, @go,@storage etc etc
Donation- There should not be any overpower dontaion euips which gives immense power to the stats and damg
Population-  Should be more than 20+
Active WOE
Main language English

Population-  Should be more than 20+ <- We're a new server and our population is still growing- our peak is around 10 players and growing
